Circulation Manager
On behalf of our client, a successful print and digital media company, we are searching for a dynamic and customer-focused leader to excel as the team’s
Circulation Manager
in order to ensure an overall seamless delivery of products and services to their clients. In this role, the individual will act as a key piece in the distribution process while also taking on the responsibility of mentoring and building their team to their fullest potential. Responsibilities:
Successfully manage a team of
employees; this will include training, scheduling, promoting company
standards, budgeting, completing payroll, performing regular reviews, and
reporting to upper management as needed
Maintain an efficient and overall sound
delivery process which will include providing coverage for absences, advising
team on outdoor conditions, and handling other logistic
factors
Ensure organization of warehouse and
functionality of equipment
Complete research and compile frequent
reports in order to potentially improve delivery processes
Respond quickly and effectively to any
client inquiries or concerns, escalating issues as needed and providing
nothing short of exceptional customer service while working to build strong
client relationships
Liaise with various internal and external
parties as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in a
management or supervisory position
Experience in print industry is a strong
asset
Proven success with providing strong
mentorship to a team of employees while developing effective strategies and
promoting goal-setting and hitting targets
Superior interpersonal skills are necessary
for this position
Strong written and oral communication
skills
Strong ability to provide top-tier client
service and de-escalate various situations as needed
Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite
(Excel and Word preferred)
Valid BC Driver’s License as travel is
required; knowledge of Greater Vancouver and overall Lower Mainland geography
is a bonus
Forklift certification is an
asset
