Key Roles and Responsibilities Financial -To Fulfill the sales target Customer Oriented -To attend the customer in the outlet amicably and understand the needs of the customer . -To attend the customer queries gracefully and solve the customer grievance in coordination with ROI People Oriented -To ensure smooth functioning at outlet through proper co-ordination with other staff. -Team building Internal Business Process -To Keep track on stock availability and update the ROI about the stock replenishment. -Responsible for proper hygienic at Store.
