Hiring, training, coaching & leading call center representatives
Guiding them through difficult calls or issues
Leading team meetings
Establishing call center goals
Taking on other tasks to support employees, other managers & call center operations

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Must have experience as Call Center Manager or similar position
Knowledge of performance evaluation & customer service metrics
Understanding of reporting & budgeting procedures
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Problem-solving ability
