We are looking for an enterprising, smart, young & dynamic individual having experience of 1-6 years in Business Development. The candidate should have a proven track record in business development for medium size projects in IT Services.

Role & Responsibility:
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead identification through to pitch strategy and deal closing.
Make compelling proposals and prepare pitches in response to incoming inquiries from the portal and other sources.
Demonstrate effective negotiation and closing techniques in securing profitable business.

MUST HAVE:Ability to creatively look for opportunities and create leads from non-conventional sources.
Ensuring high customer satisfaction by working closely with the project teams and achieving committed service quality.
Accountable to meet quarterly/yearly sales target
Maintain relationships with existing accounts and identify up-sell opportunities.
Generating and submitting the required business reports to top management.
MUST HAVE: Worked with an established CRM system to manage the complete lead cycle.

Skills Required
Education: MBA (Marketing) from reputed University
Should have 2-4 years of experience in IT Services Business Development
Must have exposure to work on Sales CRM
Should be flexible to learn new methods and approach
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven track record in creative business development
Good selling attitude, target oriented & able to work independently
Proficient in Effective Proposal writing, motivated for follow ups, Requirement Gathering
Self-starter and self-motivated individual
Excellent Social Media connections such as on LinkedIn, Facebook etc
