Responsible for acquiring Placement Target
l To constantly build the database of companies
l Connect with new clients through cold calling, referencing, internal database, job sites etc.
l To participate & conduct activities in the placement process for candidates.
l Reaching out to potential SME’s and offering them cost effective Man power Solutions
l Generating the interest of the clients and closing the sales
