This Analyst position will have responsibility for the following work scope activities Deployment Work with and deploy leading Order to Cash technologies from SAP including Order Management, Pricing and Incentives, Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Reporting Responsible for deploying large scale global SAP systems and business processes in associated implementation projects as well as smaller, faster innovative initiatives within the construct of the larger global business across the enterprise Support development of end user understanding and acceptance of the business process changes that the Order to Cash deployment will require Support site deployments Identify improvement opportunities to optimize the organizations Order to Cash Process and enabling technologies end to end Solution Enhancement Develop business process solutions to existing and emerging opportunities Partner with business counterparts in the Sales, Billing/AR, and Finance areas to enable industry best practices and SAP best practices Work with users to create new business cases and complete deployment activities for all changes affecting assigned user base Define business requirements for solution enhancements across the Order to Cash SAP environment Create context charts, process flow documents, business requirement documents, as needed Participate in system enhancement projects to support the new business requirements including participating in technical reviews and leading User Acceptance Testing signoff to ensure solutions meet both functional and quality requirements. Support creation and lead delivery of training materials as needed to foster a more effective use of SAP systems by the user community Center of Excellence Perform problem root cause analysis to implement solutions that prevent problem reoccurrence Coordinate business users with SAP support activities Interact in meetings with Super Users/Local Process Owners reviewing status of all SAP business activities including on Projects, Enhancements, Incident tracking, etc. as well as major milestones and expected deliverables (i.e. template release testing, minor release activities) Develop documentation to facilitate on-going support Review systems and processes to identify opportunities to reduce the total cost of ownership Prepare reporting to communicate the status of issue resolution to Business Management and to identify trends for opportunities to improve the stability of the system Required Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business Disciplines, Information Technology, Business Information Systems Management or related field 4 years of SAP experience in an Order to Cash function Order Management, Pricing and Incentives, Billing, and/or Accounts Receivable. Ability to coordinate tasks and priorities across multiple projects Ability to perform under tight deadlines Problem solving and analytical abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Highly proficient in computer and technology driven skills Ability to network and collaborate cross-functionally Preferred Qualifications 4 years of experience in managing, developing, and deploying SAP systems in the Sales and Distribution (SD), Vistex, Vehicle Management System (VMS), or FI-Accounts Receivable modules Business Process Optimization/Re-engineering Experience A positive, creative, transformative and dynamic approach to assist in the transformation of the organization.
