Dentro de la Unidad de Negocio de RIA y en dependencia directa del MK Lead, como Brand Manager tu labor ser gestionar el desarrollo e implementacin del Plan de Marketing, conforme a las directrices marcadas por el MK Lead y Global, con el fin de optimizar el impacto en el mercado y ofrecer a los pacientes el mximo valor del producto. In the Respiratory Franchise we are looking for a Brand Manager to join the marketing team reporting to the Marketing Lead. This role will be involved in the Brand strategy and will be responsible for implementing Brand plan activities as work with national respiratory experts from clinical practice, join cross-functional teams at local and global level and ensuring appropriate reach and impact of customer-facing activities. Typical Accountabilities Ensure the success of the brand under your responsibility through an excellent knowledge of the product/reference area/patient Journey, an adequate generation of insights, and a development of strategies to address the market/ product opportunities. Analyze the environment and the competition to ensure the leadership of AZ in the reference market. Collaborate to develop the strategy and the Brand Plan, ensuring the implementation to achieve the brand objectives. Be involved in international brand teams, providing global teams with local inputs to maximize strategy. Analyze the evolution of the product based on the market studies, and the monitoring of the activities and sales of the brand, proposing together with the Brand Team improvement actions, where appropriate. Plan, identify and develop promotional materials for the product aligned with the strategy. Organize and / or participate in the different scientific events of the product, ensuring that the positioning is aligned with the strategy. Take responsibility for the implementation of programs on time with allocated budget. Be an interlocutor for national and international KEE’s, as well as National Scientific Societies of the therapeutic area projecting the AZ image and showing our values. Ensure that all activities related to your job comply with applicable external and internal regulations (policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and Ethic code of conduct). Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience Essential Business and/or medical science degree with marketing experience is required Experience in healthcare or biopharma industry at hospital level. Minimun 5 years experience in Marketing. Experience in the respiratory therapeutic area and biologic drugs. Excellence Analytical skills. Excellence strategic skills. Excellent project management skills. Strong planning In-depth understanding of commercial strategy, methodologies and tools (customer profiling and segmentation, market research techniques including patient journey mapping, competitive intelligence resources). Ability to lead and/or engage cross-functional working groups and teams. Strong communication skills Proven experience of engaging with and leveraging insights from external customers e.g. KEEs, prescribers, patients and payers Comfort operating in a highly regulated environment and industry Desirable Special skills/Abilities Successful record of creating and deploying digital content & channels.
