Were reimagining how people and things move from one place to the next. About the Role As Manager , Brand Activation you lead all initiatives to bring the brand to life in the real world. You will shape the way the brand comes to life across touchpoints, build the brand narrative across these touchpoints and help in building a strong, relevant and differentiated brand for Uber. What youll do Define, identify and prioritise the different touchpoints for the brand across our priority cities Look at developing a touchpoint model and build the right messaging for every touchpoint Identify and build a network of agency partners who are best in class to bring the brand to life in the real world Look at building innovative consumer experiences for the consumers through onground activation plans Be the custodian on central marketing for all marketing efforts on places – airports, metro stations etc What youll need Minimum 8 – 10 years of relevant work experience with a proven track record of highly successful consumer marketing leadership Experience in consumer marketing with a mix of digital, offline, ATL and BTL experience and proven creative excellence Ability to work and manage external agency partners Ability to develop strategy and business plans. An ability to effectively provide input on creative development from a local market perspective without compromising on the speed of execution Great communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across multiple teams in an ambiguous, super fast-changing environment Great passion for consumers and consumer experiences, with a demonstrated ability to utilize consumer research and data to drive actionable insights to inform marketing strategy and improve the consumer experience At Uber we dont just accept differencewe celebrate it, we support it, and we thrive on it for the benefit of our employees, our products and our community.
