Ensure clean asset portfolio and timely recovery of loans. Ensure Branch headcount budget are on-board. Adherence of YES Values driven via Yes Personality standards & Work commitment Effective Team Management and building Team Spirit Learning & skill development of the team Ensure Role clarity to employees in the branch and manage attrition Ensure that the BEST template is fully updated Ensure that BELT is conducted on timely basis Comply with Banks policies and processes Conduct customer engagement programs and marketing events. Drive Employee Engagement activities in the branch Thorough knowledge of daily banking operations and products and services Timely communication of relevant information to the Branch employees for the smooth functioning of the Branch Ensure timely escalation of issues impacting business and appropriate solutions to address the concerns Ensure comprehensive compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements as relevant for the branch and for various product and services Ensure safety and security of Bank and customer’s assets Ensure Audit related deliverables both internal and external are met as per the prescribed norms Ensure timely submission of MIS reports Staff Training on various products, new initiatives, circulars etc on a monthly basis. Proper implementation of CRM by the Sales, Relationship & BSD to be reviewed at every interval. Accountable for the day to day smooth & error free functioning of the functions / duties associated with in all cluster Branch Operations – Customer Service, Operations Risk management and Audit / Compliance & Control framework for the respective Cluster Branches To be the primary auditor & controller to the extent of reviewing, tracking, monitoring & self-auditing the various records in the respective branch are happening thereby ensuring that the branch is fully compliant with all rules, processes & guidelines of Yes Bank & the Applicable Statutory Regulations. Effectively Support Branch Audits by Internal, External, Concurrent, and Statutory & RBI auditors. Ensure that process controls are adhered to and testing of controls, monitoring and reporting of the key operational risk items pertaining to branch. Manage customer escalations, customer grievance redressal. Complaint management and response. Maintain highest levels of discipline (punctuality, attendance, grooming standards etc) in the office; Manage Local Vendors /agency relationships to ensure smooth execution of transaction. Drive Overall cost & expense management initiatives. Must be thorough with banking processes, regulations & guidelines across retail & corporate product sets. Play an active role in new products, processes, systems roll out. Comply with bank policies and procedures to ensure safety and security of bank’s and customer’s assets Provide assistance and act as a support function towards New branch launches. Qualifications Age Minimum 28 years to 36 years. Minimum 2 years of experience as branch manager. Confident / Effective communication with top management Knowledge of core banking systems, branch operations, asset products including agri/psl lending. Maintain relationship with other BUs. Takes ownership / Self-motivated Unorthodox/ innovative Effectively leverages prior experience. Primary Location India-Haryana-Jhajjar
