Job Description
Our client is a leading plastic, paper, and aluminum food packaging products manufacturer.
Schedule :
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm
Pay range:
$38K to $45K (depending on experience)

Responsibilities :
Resolve customer complaints via phone, or email
Order Entry
Answer customer inquires
Order Fill/On Time Delivery
Inform customer of deals and promotions
Suggest solutions for defective products
Eliminate back orders
Job Purpose :
Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and other department. Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, back order cancellation, replacement of new products and all other inquires. Ensure that orders meet the minimum requirements and that pricing is correct.
Leads :
Interface with Sales and shipping
Freight reduction
Continuous Improvement programs
Work with the pricing team and supply chain
Upgrade policies, and procedures
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills and communication skills
Proficient in English and French
Pharmaceutical, Consumer goods, packaging or Similar industry experience preferred
Experience with SAP sales order and SKU is an asset
