Job Purpose
Looking
for a Support Representative to work with an industry leading software
product. You will be part of a collaborative, dynamic and
high-performing team, with the purpose of engaging subcontractors as
part an on-boarding process. You will be an integral team member that
focuses on increasing the product database size and maintaining the
integrity of the database information. In addition to this, you will
execute general contractor requests, providing responses and exceptional
customer service.

BidContender
is an Oracle SaaS product for the Construction industry in Australia
and New Zealand. It’s an online collaboration platform specifically for
construction tender management.
About YouYou
will be the kind of person that enjoys engaging with a broad range of
potential clients over the phone, to create brand awareness, onboard new
subcontractors and help build the product’s database of construction
industry businesses.You will be flexible and able to work autonomously, as well as part of a team.
You will have a professional phone manner with exceptional verbal and communication skills.
You will also have the hunger and ability to learn new tasks as required.If

Key Responsibilities
Outbound cold calling to subcontractors on behalf of head contractor clients, as part of the BidContender on-boarding process
Achievement of KPI driven call volumes per day
Address prospect client questions and overcome objections
Increase database size with new subcontractor registrations
Accurate inputting of client data and information into the system
Maintain the integrity of the database information ensuring it’s current and accurate
Execute and respond to general contractor requests in a timely and professional manner
Provide thorough and efficient customer service
Republish government tenders into the system
Adopt
and implement additional tasks and projects as required within the
greater business – using other Oracle products including Aconex, Aconex
Field and Keystone

Required Skills and ExperienceEssential:
Have 2+ year’s experience successfully working within a process driven B2B environment:
Outbound calling to cold and warm clients
Meet daily call volumes
Information gathering and objection handling
Accurate data inputting
Pleasant, professional telephone manner
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills to prioritise conflicting demands
Adaptable to role diversity
Highly effective communicator with excellent verbal skills
Proficiency with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office and common CRM)
Confidence with Excel
Demonstrated customer service experience
