The Role Responsibilities Job Description This is a Global and highly visible role within the TB Finance function, developing and presenting consolidated Performance MIS, Management reporting and analytics. The role is focused on the following Performance management with strong emphasis on Group Product and Segmental analytics Design and development of Senior Management Reporting Packs (TB Top Team, TB Management Team and Group Head) and associated messaging support, including focus on Total Returns. Internal and external performance analytics and support Business Performance Planning, primarily through the Budget, Forecast and Corporate Plan processes Developing and enhancing Business Finance support to our Business Partners as well as network business finance teams Driving achievement of organizational objectives around standardization and digitization Supporting organizational performance measurement objectives through identification, definition, measurement and communication of appropriate metrics for the Transaction banking business Investment governance and appropriate challenge to project spend and benefit realization. The role involves significant business facing interaction and is suitable for an individual willing to leverage financial expertise to directly support and impact profitable and consistent business growth. This role will require strong self starting and hands-on skills, innovation and willingness to work with minimal direct supervision. There is strong expectation that the selected individual will have the potential to raise the bar on performance by setting high quality standard in supporting highly demanding Transaction Banking business. The outcome of the role is to develop an individual valued as true business partner and leader of strategic decision making support. _________________________________________________________________________________________ Key Roles & Responsibilities Performance Management and Analytics Performance management oversight across the 3 Products Cash, Trade and Security Services. Lead Forecasting / Budgeting for TB business with effective MI and intelligence Proactive assessment of changes in liquidity, interest rate, fund transfer pricing situations and the impact Provide a Total Returns view of TB business performance Performance Measurement to drive differentiation and appropriate incentivization for product and geography heads (Scorecards). MIS standardization, digitization and evolution Partner with the business to ensure MIS are meeting expectation to drive performance. Always strive to develop MI that can be replicable and deployed across the network. Customer profitability and insights Leverage Customer Profitability tool to develop value-added analysis The objective is to provide insights to the business to understand customer level return, geographic coverage, cross-sell efficiency Financial Controls and policies Lead finance agenda in new platform development to ensure appropriate information flow and policies into financial reporting systems Ensure that the revenues recognition is aligned to the recognition policies, IFRS and standard across the locations Review and sign-off on behalf of Business Finance all new Project Approval Requests (PAR) Direct Business Finance engagement for TB business stakeholders Leverage relationship across network to ensure appropriate business finance support is provided to regional and country Heads of TB Our Ideal Candidate Accounting qualification / financial control background Business Finance experience required preferably within the Financial Services industry Highly proficient computer skills, including Excel and ability to manage and transform data into information Ability to challenge, innovate, and anticipate what senior Finance and business stakeholders require Ability to build strong relationships with and influence business partners Ability to identify opportunities to help drive business performance Ability to multi -task and work within an tight deadline-driven environment Ability to demonstrate the Banks values in achieving objectives Apply now to join the Bank for those with big career ambitions.
