Job Description Build enterprise customer client base and generate leads for energy efficiency solutions by networking and with support of channel partners Qualify customers based with qualification criterias, business potential Prepare techno-commercial proposals costing with support of engineering team Prepare for client meetings with due diligence, prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to clients, allies, and other stakeholders at the facility and/or senior management level. Convert leads to orders with close follow-up with customers and channel partners Ensure successful engagement with customer and handover project to execution team as per process and documentation. Collaborate with project team on customer messaging, acquisition and targeting strategy Provide feedback on marketing as it relates to the customer experience. Develop new channel partners for different geographies/sectors. Work with partners to develop strategic, prioritized list of customers Maintain a proactive, adaptive spirit and an eye for the overall success and goals of the business. Report on progress to project team members Qualifications Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institution with 7 to 8 years experience in energy efficiency industry Additional Information At least 7-8 years of experience in a customer-facing role. Ability to articulate the business case for energy efficiency along with standard, key energy efficiency metrics. Good understanding of energy efficiency solutions and market potential Prior reference or performance review indicating success at launching a prior project or solid achievement in customer-facing, field based role. Patience and persistence in working with multiple stakeholders toward common goals. Basic Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills. Solid interpersonal skills and self-motivation. Advanced business development and highly touted negotiation skills Solid outreach, solicitation, and customer management skills. Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, stakeholders, and outside clients and channel partners Creative problem solving skills with ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems, and recommend solutions, using all available resources.
