Skill: risk management , dealing , operational risk , financial risk management , financial services , risk governance , risk analysis , risk reporting , risk , investment management; Exp: 9-13 years; About the opportunity Key Responsibilities India Risk Governance and Oversight for all risk types (i.e. Operational, Financial, Strategic and Investment Management Risks), including Coordinate and chair the Indian Risk Committee Monitor adherence to risk policies – e.g. Operational Risk Policy Establish and monitor local risk profile, emerging risk and negative trends Establish and monitor local risk appetite and tolerances as appropriate Perform thematic reviews as appropriate Ensure risk issues – e.g. risk events – are escalated in line with policies Establish and embed local risk responsibilities across 1LoD and 2LoD functions Monitor risk and control remediation activities; escalated overdue items Review and challenge Indian risk profile, risk / control remediation activities and risk acceptance Provide regular risk reporting to Indian Management Team, Indian Board and Global Risk as appropriate Support the rollout and maintenance of group wide risk frameworks as appropriate -e.g. Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), Risk Events Support end to end management of risks and ensure impacted regions are up to date on Indian issues impacting them Run relevant risk training – e.g. risk training for new joiners, RCSA Experience and Qualifications Required 9 – 13 years Essential Skills Risk Management and Oversight Experience Experience in dealing with cross functional stakeholders at various level of seniority Knowledge of MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word Operational risk assessment experience Non-Financial Risk management experience in Financial Services Experience in running risk analysis, including review/challenge of business risk profile and remediation initiatives You will be Delivery focused Able to work well under pressure and always with a professional demeanour About you About Fidelity International Fidelity International offers world class investment solutions and retirement expertise.
