Skill: implementation , process improvement , lean , root cause , line leader; Exp: 0-3 years; Essential Function The Associate Director of Business Process Excellence will support a service line leader and act as a change agent with the primary focus on process improvement project execution and accountability of results within that service line. Key Accountabilities Acts as a subject matter expert and is instrumental in promoting culture change within their service line by sharing Lean and Six Sigma best practices Leads Lean Six Sigma projects and process improvements that will affect short and long term business goals and directly impact financial and quality performance Mentors Green Belts and Yellow Belts through their continuous improvement projects Regularly provides projects progress updates to service line leadership and Master Black Belt Lead Six Sigma projects and process improvements that will affect short and long term business goals and directly impact financial performance Focus on driving improvements in revenue and driving cost out of the business through more effective processes, elimination of non-value added or duplicate efforts, waste and other related defects in the business process Deliver significant and quantifiable process improvements and financial benefits to the business organization Define process quality issues, measure current process performance, analyze root cause defects, and develop targeted process improvement opportunities with process owners/business leaders Act as a change agent and leverage best practices to share within the team and across the service line Provide statistical and analytical expertise and training as required Drive Lean Six Sigma Quality First initiatives in conjunction with the Master Black Belt Communicate teams progress to service line leadership and Master Black Belt on a regular basis Self-motivated and possess demonstrated ability to motivate others to achieve results Mentor service line Green Belts and Yellow Belts through their LSS projects Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend alternative solutions and translate complex concepts into simplified and understandable examples High focus on quality – has the proven ability to drive better efficiencies by improving and controlling work processes Skills Possess a proven track record of delivering results through the implementation of and expertise with Lean Six Sigma methodologies Self-motivated and possess demonstrated ability to motivate others to achieve results Demonstrated expertise in a variety of Lean and Six Sigma tools Strong analytical and quantitative skills Committed to process improvement Customer-focused in defining and establishing priorities Strong oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Service side project experience preferred QualificationsEducation A technical or management undergraduate degree is required. An advanced technical or management degree (MBA) is preferred. Black Belt credentials preferred Language Skills Good written English skills Minimum Work Experience Strong Lean and Six Sigma experience
