Skill: distributors , assistant manager , distributor , sales , sales executive , management , channel management , distribution management; Exp: 5-7 years; Job Duties & Key Responsibilities * Duties and Responsibilities – – Daily Visit to ND/RD offices. – Manage ND relationships. – Sign up new ND relationships. – Maintain Entire Data of All ND- Sales Staff ( Branch Manager ,Sales Executive and Field Staff) – Mobilize deposits through channel partner?s i.e National Distributors/Regional Distributors. – DSR to be sent regularly on desired format. – Ensure productivity through Deposit mobilization, FD penetration, branch activation and renewals at local ND branches. – To organize road shows with sub brokers/distributors informing them about features of BFL FD. – To enable smooth processing of applications sourced from distributors. – To promptly resolve queries of Broker/Sub-broker/customers through interaction with internal staff. Required Qualifications and Experience * Graduate/Post graduate. A minimum of 5-7 years experience in Sales. High energy levels, self motivated and a Go getter. Past experience in BFI and Distribution management (broker management) is necessary. Channel Management Skills.
