DATE 06/03/2017 JOB PURPOSE To ensure production scheduling and delivery as per accepted plan from Central Planning 2)To ensure WIP inventory at optimum levels with optimum capacity utilization of machine. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES PRODUCTION Equipment wise Production planning and scheduling. Accessories management of each Production process Ensuring on time material availability for each process. Oversee the production constraints and drawing up a production schedule. Production plan as per week plan from central planning. Inter plant material/Accessories transfer as per production requirement. Reduction in stock delays and Non-Slow moving inventory. RM/FINISHED GOODS INVENTORY Raw material planning for production and monitoring the levels of raw material. COST Optimum utilization of available equipment by reducing number of set ups or change over. Inventory management of all semi-finished material. CLIP Improve delivery performance of Production against Production Plan. Weekly CLIP Score improvement. To prepare and maintain MIS containing information regarding production on a Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annual basis. Ensure continuous improvement through KAIZENS,QIP,and 5S.
