To achieve the target on indicators Credit Metrics. Training of Branch Credit on Policies & Processes MSME products. Business Loan, LAP and HL and other Products as & when launched. Ensuring policy adherence and meeting the Credit TAT. ( login to Approval) Delivering Critical SLA deliverables for Business Loan, LAP and HL MSME Monitoring of Branch & Area Portfolio Quality as per the Metrics Vendor Management & TAT High Ticket case PD with client Keeping the COPR and Audit Query to Minimal or Zero levels. Provide Feedback to HO Authorities on Credit Process / Policies / Local Market on a regular basis. Data Analysis & Sharing of best practices with team. Coordinate with Sales & ensuring mechanism in place for processing of files within desired TAT. Coordination with various HO / Cross functional departments & providing feedback. Recruiting and manpower forecast & planning. Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship, motivation & engagement to drive results & High levels of employee Satisfaction. Intensive travelling to Branches falling under the Area. Initiatives & Projects. Required Qualifications and Experience * CA / Graduate / Post Graduate with 4-5 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of Credit Underwriting, Credit Process Any products. Mortgage preferred. Good conceptualization skills. Leadership and Team building skills. Knowledge of English & local language Good proficiency in Information Technology / MS Excel / MS Word etc.
