Skill: test cases , test data , process compliance , test scenarios , it skills , testing , uat; Exp: 0-3 years; Assistant Manager- Business Analysis & Project Management-(1700014Y) Description Role Business Analyst / Sr. Business Analyst Directly Reports to Process Owner / CIO Location Antwerp, Mumbai, Singapore Scope TOPAZ implementation across ECU Line offices worldwide Key Contacts Business Users, Superusers, ROSQOs, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), IT Group and TCS staff Role Objective The Business Analyst (BA) or Senior Business Analyst (SBA) will be part of TOPAZ implementation team and their primary responsibility will be to deploy TOPAZ across offices worldwide. The BA / SBA will have to develop a thorough understanding of business processes and fully understand working of the TOPAZ product. This role will necessitate dialogue with business users at all levels besides interfacing with THE IT groups and vendor staff. The BA / SBA will be groomed to become subject matter expert for specific processes and they will be expected to take up a lead role during TOPAZ implementation. Prior to actual implementation, the BA / SBA will do a site readiness assessment and also map out current processes undertaken at the office. Training and testing are two key areas where they will be extensively involved. The BA / SBA will participate in defining SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), undertaking process audits and also imparting end user training. Depending upon the business requirements and skills / functional knowledge, the BA / SBA may handle one or more processes. The role will necessitate travel to various ECU Line offices worldwide. Key Skills Required Business experience and understanding of the NVOCC operations Should have sound analytical and problem solving skills Effective communication and presentation skills Customer service and team focus Basic IT skills (usage of word, excel, power point) Key Responsibilities Pre Go-live Creation of test scenarios, test cases and test data. Undertake detailed testing and capturing results Raise new CRs (Change Requests) Master data setup (including tariffs) Data cleansing Undertake site readiness assessment Creation of location specific SOPs Provide UAT functional support Deployment Help business owner at the location to plan deployment activities by function Ensure correct business processes are in place before actual implementation commences. Undertake implementation site testing to ensure end to end process is fully functional. Undertake reference data setup activities. Help undertake readiness assessment and confirm job roles are suitably amended and proper roles and responsibilities are defined. Take ownership for all product related documentation including training materials. Drive change management actions Post Go-live Training and end user hand holding Undertake proactive analysis of issues Provide subject matter expertise to ensure correct usage and operation of the product. Undertake single thread testing to verify and sign off fixes issued by the IT group. Process compliance and KPIs reporting Help realize benefits by monitoring and ensuring proper usage of products and processes. Provide inputs for compilation of post implementation report (PIR) Key Success Criteria Successful TOPAZ deployment at the location Ensure compliance by business users to established procedures and guidelines.
