The Team is responsible for invoicing accurately fees payables for Advisory /Management and other related services provided to Institutional Clients. Team is also responsible for Payments/ Reconciliations research and resolve payment inquiries. One may need to interact with internal customers and business partners to resolve outstanding’s or Client queries.
Basic accounting knowledge (understanding of debits and credits)
Invoice Processing
Payment application and Reconciliation
Strong sense of ownership
Excellent verbal and written skills
Ability to follow written procedures in diverse routine and non-routine tasks
Maintain and comply with applicable procedures, policies and contractual obligations as they pertain to the process
7+ years of Operations and invoice processing experience.
Proven subject matter expert in Fee Billing.
Identifying situations where escalation is warranted and the ability to take action quickly in a high-risk and complex subject matter environment.
Performing work that is detailed and communicated in a clear, effective manner as clients can make financial decisions based on the information given.
Due to nature of risk with responsibilities, attention to detail and accuracy are required.
Individual should be able to work collaboratively and effectively with others in a fast paced environment.
Must have demonstrated ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment.
Ability to accurately and quickly resolve client service issues while providing world class service to internal and external clients.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate in a clear, well organized manner.
Ability to analyze complex problems, with strong attention to detail and the ability to provide recommendations and solutions to problems.
