Roles Responsibilities:
The prime responsibility of the Fixed Income Middle office India team is to provide support to Portfolio Managers globally and indulge in activities such as Attribution analysis and Performance reporting for the Asset Management business. Team also looks into various checks related to Analytics Data Quality for portfolio management tools used by Portfolio Managers.
Additional responsibilities will include maintenance of production infrastructure and maintaining controls for any changes to production.
The role requires attention to detail, an awareness of the risks involved and an ability to work under pressure and strict adherence to deadlines.
Specific Responsibilities:
Responsibility will include calculation and validation of Attribution / Performance reports.
Validate performance data at Total level, Asset class and Security level. Coordinate with US and EMEA performance team and with Technology to correct and amend problems within the system.
Knowledge on the different Performance methodologies (Dietz, Modified Dietz, True time weighted, etc…) and Attribution analysis.
Manage deliverables while servicing all ad hoc queries and requests.
Liaise with third party providers to consolidate index returns and characteristics.
Responsibility for Maintenance of static data within the system, performance data validation reconciliation, monthly performance reporting
Responsibility for Identifying and classifying assets within the system
Responsibility for Running and distribution of reports, running of pre-defined queries (jobs) in the system, Preparation and production of MIS/presentation.
Start of Days Checks on Price and Analytics.

· Knowledge of Investment products.
· Worked and desire to work in an automated Processing environment
· Banking Operations experience is required with exposure to performance reporting will be beneficial
· Must be highly organized and able to work to tight deadlines
· Client Focused having Risk awareness
· Needs excellent attention to detail and a high degree of professionalism / initiative
· Basic knowledge about the securities market and different financial products
· Excellent MS skills ideally to macro level

Qualifications:
· MBA/Post Graduation would be advantageous.
· IMC / CFA / CIPM would be advantageous.
