What we do:
As an Income Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of interest and dividend events. Responsibilities include: ensuring the timely and accurate processing of dividends and interest related to domestic and international fixed income securities, equities, American Depositary Receipts, and any associated tax transactions such as Back Up Withholding and NRA taxes for clients. In addition, you will be required to ensure that all domestic and international income/dividend collections are accurately and timely posted to client accounts. Ensure all inquiries are serviced within service levels, and that all daily internal proofs relating to the general ledgers are accurate, and out of balance conditions are investigated and resolved within service levels.

The Asset Service group provides these services to Clients, tax administrators, Client Service Specialists, portfolio managers and our custodians, while meeting the established deadlines as required.
Ensure that payments are posted to client’s accounts
Identify and analyze asset and cash breaks and resolve timely
Provide responses to daily inquires as required
Complete pre-reconciliation process daily
Coordinate issues and resolve with custodian
Identify potential enhancements to income service process
Analyze automation opportunities
Cross train new staff members
Update procedures documents
