Skill: distributor sales , tsi , sales , fmcg , key accounts , distributors , distributor , fmcg sales , field sales , market , channel partners , management; Exp: 5-8 years; Job Information City Bangalore Work Experience 5 years Job Description Key Responsibilities Appointment of the required number of Distributors for both Modern Trade & General Trade channels Ensure signing of all legal agreements & contracts with Distributor, MT & GT Conducting BTL activation and promotion at store level through promoters & merchandisers Listing of NPIs in respective MT accounts & GT stores within the defined timeline, tracking & measuring the impact of its sales with regular feedback to management Timely closures of TOT with various accounts & update commercial, preparing Scheme Cost-Benefit Analysis preview & review Keeping in the objective of company/category growth, evolving of quarterly target account wise/ region wise & sharing with internal teams Ensure timely submission of claims-credit from the company, securing payments from customers within timelines Ability to lead, manage, motivate the team of TSI, SR & distributor sales team Would monitor Sales/stores understand gaps, influences-interacts with regional category/stores for sales, ensure availability, visibility and implementation of Teabox SKU Frequent market visit & in constant touch with retailers, getting orders from the market and Liaising with various channel partners in the region To ensure Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports MIS in time bound manner as required by the organization Qualification & Skills Graduate with MBA from a reputed institution 5 – 8 years of relevant experience in similar role & position in FMCG sales, preferably into hot beverages Experience in sales of a large FMCG Company, preferably into beverages and managing a team size of 30 plus including field sales & off-role Sound knowledge of Indian FMCG market especially local knowledge Knowledge of Modern Trade, Key Accounts and General Trade Knowledge about competitors & tea will be an added advantage Young, Smart & Dynamic with excellent communication skills Self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility and methodical result orientation
