Responsibilities As the role is part of a newly set up centralized valuation team, the new hire is expected to spend the majority of time on learning, documenting and taking over existing and newly transitioned valuation tasks. Additionally, the analyst will help to streamline processes and optimize existing files to create consistent and efficient templates. The tasks will include Quarterly Valuations Rollforward and update of quarterly valuation models FMV reconciliation between FRU/iLevel databases and Valuation models Prepare Valuation books Prepare other presentation material (comparables, JG Summary schedules) Now Expected Nominal Cash flow projection update using iLevel Internal Reporting (Disclosure Reporting Package) Deal-By-Deal Realizations Investment Returns (Gross and Net) Investment Records FX Impact and Exposure by Currency External Reporting Quarterly Investor Letters Projects Perform checks to ensure integrity of property data fed from various third party service providers into the iLevel database Qualification Candidate must be a Post Graduate or C.A., with knowledge of finance Candidates must have 2-3 years of relevant experience in valuations reporting or performance reporting.
