This is a role within Cienas Program Management Team and would require working with EMEA (BT) – Operations Head and Project Managers. This role shall be heavily involved with Project/Program Managers supporting respective PMO and other related administrative tasks. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES PSA Administration/Controlling and Revenue Tracking Generate business reports suitable for upward reporting. Spot trends and highlight risks and suggest suitable mitigation steps early to prevent depletion of project margins Work with Sr. Manager/RSD to track and report revenue targets and raise appropriate flag(s) when required. Ensure systems are updated to track project revenue streams and ensure knowledge is kept up to date on PSA. Responsible for Project profitability and regular reporting to Ciena and customer management on progress. Services Delivery Strategy, Process Implementation & Resource Management Allocation of Service Partners, Sales Order / BoM to Projects depending on allocated budget for respective projects. Managing Project Documentation and ensuring compliance to project timeline and budgets. Updating financials related to funded Job Change Orders. Drive correct service entitlement in various Ciena systems to ensure seamless support services for the customer. Supporting all internal and external audits and observations. Driving remediation activities for identified issues and redefining business processes to mitigate risk to Services projects. Rewarding experience. Meaningful outcomes.
