We are looking for an IT Technical Analyst to work in our organization who will be responsible for managing the day today IT support. In this position, the successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of all computer workstations and associated software within the office building. The IT Analyst will also be the main point of contact for employee who are experiencing computer issues. Installs and supports both hardware and software components for user group. . Performs preventive maintenance, test and repair of equipment. . Evaluates system configuration and software to ensure effective use of hardware resources. . Addresses and resolves hardware, software and customer issues. . Engages users to determine their potential future business requirements. . Provides positive customer experience with each customer interaction. Essential requirements . Graduate degree and 4-6 year’s relevant experience. . Ability to develop business relationships and communicate effectively with the user community. . Basic troubleshooting skills. . Basic understanding of the fundamentals of network, server, and desktop administration, installations, upgrades, techniques, tools, and equipment. . Applies basic knowledge of processes and resources required to perform analytical and technical tasks on PC systems. . Applies basic understanding of customer service techniques as required to address PC Problems. Desirable requirements . Builds trust; explains the rationale behind processes, approaches and decisions. . Anticipates future needs based on past transactions. . Able to accurately and effectively communicate subject-matter specific and/or technical topics to an audience unfamiliar with the nuances of the discipline.
