Ltd. supports business process, information technology and knowledge process across Consumer Banking, including Card and Home Loans, Legacy Asset Servicing, Global Banking and Markets, and Global Wealth and Investment Management lines of business at Bank of America Process Overview The CTO team is responsible for all Consumer Small Business & Wealth Management (CSWT) business aligned infrastructure and end-to-end production services. This includes direct responsibility for production support, problem and incident management, operational change, as well as service and program delivery. Also supporting vertical functions (Release, Deployment & Environment Management, Application Integration & Engineering, Application Integration & Engineering, Performance & Capacity Management, and Operational Excellence) to deepen concentration stability and innovation. Job Description (Overview of Role) The position is for a member of Markets Application Production Services (MAPS) team. Will have to provide Level2 application support for Back Office applications in global markets space. Will work closely with the business and technology partners on a daily basis to provide application support according to our Service Level Agreements.Prior development and programming experience will be helpful. Responsibilities The day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following -Provide level 2 production support for applications used by middle office and back office users. -Should work in rotational shifts from Monday Saturday. No night shifts. -Handling queries/service requests from business users and other interfacing applications teams. -Handling overnight Batch issues by liaising with multiple teams -Handling production incidents and problem management. -Handling production releases Requirements Mandatory Skills – Strong knowledge in SQL Server, Oracle (Should be able to analyze store procedures to troubleshoot prod issues) – Experience in MSBI technologies (SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services(SSRS) ) – Should have experience working in windows and unix environments – Good communication and interpersonal skills with fine attention to detail – Knowledge of Autosys and ITRS Geneos.
