Skill: accounts payable , accounting , finance; Exp: 0-3 years; a) Ensure all processes are completed within the SLA TAT [PO, Invoices & CBR]; payment to vendors / settlement of CBRs within the credit terms b) Accurate and real time update of the Tracker c) Ensure no invoices / CBR despatched to Accounts Payable is rejected d) Manage all escalations with business functions within TAT [PO Approvers, Country HR, APU, CBR team etc] to ensure settlement of vendor spend (within credit terms) / CBR (within 30 days) f) Ensure timely accounting and recharges of all vendor spends into bank books with no impact to bank P&L / HR books due to prior period bookings, timing difference and under / over accruals g) Ensure timely updation of POI with process change h) Manage BAU during unplanned leaves, back up for LM, RCA for process breach, misses etc.
