Responsibilities Review & confirm there is a receipt for each report item received. Retrieve and save back-up invoices in Coupa that support invoices that Finance accountants receive for project expenses. Review and match dollar amount on receipt to dollar amount in report Confirm correct currency is used Match date on receipt to date in report Confirm correct Expense Type is used Confirm attendees are listed in client meals Confirm expenses are in policy Taxi commutation (check time) Late night dinners (check amount) Weekend meals (check dates and amount) Lunches outside New York (check amount) Meals while travelling (check total per day spend) Qualification Candidate must be a B.Com./ Graduate, with knowledge of finance Candidates must have 2-3 years of relevant experience doing similar activities/functions Strong Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word) preferred Thrives working both independently & collaboratively with peers & business partners spread out in multiple locations & time zones The profile involves effective communication across Clients facilities globally and hence possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written English is a must A demonstrated ability to write effectively and summarize large amounts of information succinctly and quickly Nature of business requires the candidate to be flexible to work in designated shift hours.
