Our team, enables customers to build practices and solutions on Azure by providing them with the necessary guidance and handholding in their first or most ciritcal customer projects. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with key players in the Azure and Microsoft ecosystem to provide value to our customers.
The CSA’s main responsability is to ensure customer success in the Enterprise space.
Through implementations, envisioning & architecture sessions, executive presentations, and strategy discussions you will be in charge of increasing the adoption of Azure in the Caribbean.
Some key responsabilities include:
+ Translating business use cases into an Azure solution architectures.
+ Engaging in customer projects (architectural design, PoCs…).
+ Building relationships with decision makers to initiate and execute engagements in an iterative and sustainable fashion.
+ Becoming the though leader in Azure adoption.
+ Leveraging an enterpreneurial mindset by contributing to cross-group initiatives that drive Azure hypergrowth

Some key qualifications include:
+ Several years in customer-facing consultant or architect roles.
+ Deep and practical experience translating complex business requirements into – ideally cloud-based – technical architectures.
+ Hands-on experience with a hyperscaler cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP)
+ Ability to convey and leverage the benefits of the cloud.
+ A combination of technical expertise with a sales mentality proven in partner/customer engagements
+ Good communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical audiences on all levels across groups and organizations.
+ Able to communicate in both Spanish and English
