Payroll Specialist

+ You run the payroll process from A to Z in the Acerta system Connect

+ With your up to date and practical knowledge of social legislation you smoothly deliver the processes of payroll

+ You initiate, coordinate and carry out projects within Payroll and Comp & Ben in collaboration with our US headquarters and local HR teams on

+ You are responsible for the daily operational management of activities within Payroll and Comp & Ben

+ You monitor that the existing personnel management systems are maintained in order to have accurate and complete information.

+ You formulate advice and you supervise the service level of our different providers

+ You act as internal specialist and formulate advice and recommendations on HR related topics

+ You keep yourself constantly informed on developments within your field of expertise

+ we rely on your sense of responsibility, openness and enthusiasm and you can rely on our enthusiasm and passion to grow together.

+ You have a strong interest in human resources in general, payroll, personnel administration and legislation.

+ You really get positive energy in maintaining an administrative structure and investing to keep the details correct

+ You have at least 5 years relevant experience in a similar function

+ You have a solid knowledge of social legislation and social security

+ You share your passion easily and you are enthusiastic

+ You accept responsibility

+ You communicate openly and candidly

+ You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and can communicate effectively in English.

+ Knowledge of Acerta Connect is a must, of HRM Workday is a plus.
