We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Support Benelux (m/f/d) who will be based in our office in Geel.

The new associate will support profitable sales growth for product lines in local markets and enable the local commercial organization to profitably sell the product lines. He/she will also work closely with the regional team to support development and execution of (digital) transformative marketing campaigns. In addition, he/she will have an active role in sales activities in non-occupied regions and in the tender process.

Key responsibilities:

+ Qualify all leads for further progress through sales funnel (TLG);

+ Maintain opportunities generated in SFDC and use sales funnel management tools to maintain oversight of the opportunities generated (including tenders);

+ Analyze Installed Base, Assay Diversification, Order Pattern and Customer Retention in existing customer setting to support sales teams to maintain and grow their core business;

+ Act as SFDC Super User to build connection between office data and field data. Support sales strategy with data analysis of trends and market data;

+ Analyze existing customers and potential customers in non-occupied territories. Follow up on site for vacant territories when appropriate (investigation on unmet needs, talking to partners);

+ Team up with regional team to support development and execution of (digital) campaigns within the region. Run specific sales campaigns in Benelux.

Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of sales work experience OR Master’s degree in field with 0-2 years of sales work experience. An educational background on science (biology / clinical microbiology) would be an advantage;

+ Proficiency in Dutch, French and English is mandatory;

+ Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentation. Skilled using a CRM application such as Salesforce.com is a plus.

+ Some limited requirements to travel within Benelux (and regional) on business needs is required.

+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

+ Eager to learn and quick learner: ability to acquire the necessary knowledge of Life Science;

+ Able to work autonomously but with team player mentality.
