+ Provide financial support to Purchasing, Quality, and EHS&S organization by preparing forecasts, budgets, and analyzing actual performance against.

+ Support local Factory management with forecast, budget and actual reporting in close collaboration with the CE Factory controlle

+ Lead routine financial cost center reviews of monthly variances providing explanations of trends as required

+ Develop routine analysis on variances caused by Purchasing including discrepancies on Goods/Invoice Receipt, Blocked Invoices, and Advanced Payments

+ Provide direction on resolution of purchasing variances and escalating large variances to Management as required; prepare necessary trend analysis as required

+ Provide monthly forecast on purchased resale (buyout) goods and resolve differences on project forecast to monthly purchasing forecast of these cost

+ Support other cost centers within the Belgium entity for GPE/Ops and SG&A organization

o Bachelors of Science/Arts in Finance, Accounting, or Economics

o Relevant working experience including either in a large corporate environment or public accounting experience. Min 4 years for Analysts.

o Experience in a project POC environment is a strong plus

o Strong communication skills and high level of professionalism.

o Financial modelling, analysis and problem solving skills

o Experience with SAP is an advantage

o Ability to travel to Germany on a regular basis to meet with CE managers and discuss the topics as mentioned in the role description

o International travel might be required, but not on a regular basis
