As an HR/Workday Consultant you assist clients in the design, implementation, and support of the Workday HR modules In this role you will learn and experience to combine consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively implement the HR functionality into the client’s business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.

The work activities will be project-based, assignments are typically between the 9-12 months. includes implementation planning, fit analysis, facilitating design sessions to gather requirements, configuration, unit testing, rollout and potentially post-implementation support.

**Your responsibilities**

+ Facilitate Workday design sessions to gather requirements

+ Understand client HR processes

+ Discuss multiple Workday design options with client

+ Workday functional configuration and support data loads

+ Support client with testing and training

**Your profile**

+ A Bachelor or Master degree in HR Management, Organization & Psychology, Personnel Laws or equivalent.

+ Passionate about helping our customers in improving their HR organization, processes and technology

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Good analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities

+ Willingness and ability to travel up to 4 days a week
