We are looking for an Account Manager Pathology (m/f/d) in Belgium (South part).
This role is a critical position responsible for generating revenue and market share for Leica Biosystems (LBS) products and services from customers in a defined territory of responsibility.
Actively manage existing LBS Accounts in order to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and maximize sales potential across the targeted portfolio.
+ Achieve order and sales targets in designated sales territory and accounts. Promote the full LBS product and services portfolio through customer visit & relationship building;
+ Develop account based sales plans and strategies to increase market penetration within the territory, based on a deep understanding of customer and end user needs. Be the single point of account contact for ongoing customer satisfaction related issues;
+ Research, target, identify and generate new pipelines and opportunities in line with LBS strategic goals;
+ Establish quotations, tenders and proposals;
+ Initiate and coordinate demos and customer presentations of instruments and systems as required. Participate in exhibitions, meetings and other events as and where necessary;
+ Supply information on market share, competitor activities, trends and market developments in geographic region;
+ Handle and update pipeline data in provided tools. Provide timely and accurate forecast for orders and sales.
+ Minimum 3 years of sales/account management experience with a clinical and/or life science environment. Tender management experience is much appreciated;
+ Scientific academic background;
+ Able to speak Dutch, English & French;
+ Able to work with CRM systems;
+ Willing to travel;
+ Consistent track record of successful selling of similar products through excellent closing skills;
+ Ability to drive business success evaluating and understanding our customer needs;
+ Ability to identify product improvements and effectively communicate their benefits to the development teams.
