**What we’re doing**
With us, you’ll experience collaboration. You’ll be part of our Financial Services Team, the Fin Services tribe provides property data and technical platform solutions to customers in the financial and government sectors. The Customer Product and Experience Group within Financial Services tribe works together with the Commercial team to create solutions tailored to our customer’s needs. It is the core knowledge centre for “Skywalker” products to meet customer priorities and thus drive the priorities of our teams within the B2B space.
You’ll be working on diverse set of products so there’s always interesting problems to solve for our customers and consumers.
While no two days are ever the same, you’ll be responsible for creating great experiences for our users, crafting intuitive, personal and delightfully usable products to help people with their property journey. Whether it be defining a vision, user research, interaction design, and usability testing, you’ll be across it all.
**What the role is all about**
The UX Designer supports the Financial Services Product Team in the following ways
+ Consider research and data insights to guide the development of amazing user experiences
+ Collaborate with Product Managers and other team members to develop an insight-driven product approach
+ Plan, formulate and undertake ethical and unbiased user research to discover problems, define solutions and validate concepts and prototypes with our consumers and customers
+ Create innovative experiences for our users from wireframes and prototypes, through to user interface design and user validation
+ Contribute to and help guide the design direction of our products, contributing to patterns and standards across our experiences
+ Work with Delivery teams to implement designs and craft interactions
**What we’re looking for**
+ Someone with a few runs on the board 3+ years of experience designing solutions for platforms using industry standard tools and best practice processes
+ BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product), HCI, CS, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
+ Experience in working on B2B products
+ An ability to priorities and negotiate to get the best bang for buck business outcomes
+ Experience using industry standard design applications for wireframing, design and prototyping
+ Looks at tricky situations through a solutions-focused lens
+ Work productively in a fast paced and agile environment – #gsd (urban dictionary will help on this one!)
