**Position Overview**

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Manager for ANZ, ready to expand their sales management career at Autodesk! This individual represents the Autodesk Mid-Market sector across ANZ.

Reporting to the Regional Director, this person can actively build, lead and mentor a team of Territory Account Sales Executives and be the expert in the ANZ market as we aggressively grow our business. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have unparalleled focus on pipeline and forecast development and management, have previous experience in growing and leading sales teams, and ideally (but not essential) a background in the AEC/Design and Make industries.

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead a team of Territory Account Sales Executives (quota-carrying, outside sales reps) across ANZ. These Account Executives are dedicated Assigned Account Reps across the Mid-Market

+ Work with your team to support and develop enterprise deals and lead them to close

+ Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position our range of solutions

+ Guide your team in identifying white space in current accounts

+ Help your team manage and qualify leads and pipeline, with accurate and timely responses and forecast

+ Ensure CRM tools and Autodesk methodologies are leveraged to process and track opportunities

+ Provide guidance and help coordinate your team s efforts with a Business Development Rep and an Account Based Marketing Manager, who will have a dotted-line relationship to you

+ Be an intrinsic member of the Autodesk ANZ Leadership Team

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ At least 5-7 years of SaaS/enterprise sales management experience

+ Consistent track-record of achieving or surpassing your revenue targets

+ Experience building, managing, leading and coaching successful sales teams

+ Both transactional and enterprise sales experience

+ Experience in carrying multi-million-dollar quotas

+ Ideally have sold products/solutions across the AEC/Design and Make industry

+ You have unparalleled communication skills. You quickly establish rapport with people and establish value

+ Experience working closely with multiple divisions or departments to accelerate growth

+ You care about, and contribute to, a highly collaborative work environment

+ Willingness to travel Domestically and some International
