We are looking for a Senior Manager,
Government Incentives within the Tax team in our Brisbane office. This
role is offered on a full-time basis.

**Your key responsibilities**

+ Drawing on your technical knowledge you will adviseand support clients in accessing government grants and incentives to supporttheir R&D and innovation processes

+ You will engage with technology-active companies tounderstand their development objectives and drivers, analysing complex projectinformation to assess eligibility for government support.

+ Prepare detailed work papers and reports to helpdeliver exceptional results to EY’s clients

**Skills and attributes for success**

+ Genuineinterest in innovation and technology

+ Experiencewith government incentives and interest/experience in writing technicalreports

+ Strongwritten and verbal communication skills, as well as relationship buildingand ability to articulate complex information to clients across a broadrange of industries

+ Abilityto work with complex and detailed information, including problem solvingand numerical skills

+ Interestin networking to build enduring trusted relationships with EY colleaguesand clients

**Ideally, you’ll also have**

+ Previouswork experience, ideally working in industry or business client-facingcontext

+ Experiencein leading a team of talented individuals

+ Experiencein the delivery of various grant applications associated with a broadrange of client types from SMEs through to large multi-nationals

+ Experienceworking with financial reports and data

+ Aninterest in innovation and entrepreneurship, and the role that technologyinnovation can play in creating a better working world

+ Driveto provide excellent service to clients and build a better working world
