**What we’re doing…**

As an SEM Specialist, you will form a part of the Consumer Marketing team located in our Richmond office in Melbourne. Reporting into the Digital Paid Media Manager, the role focuses on planning and executing the acquisition strategy across digital channels for and other REA Group brands.

You will be required to implement and optimise campaigns across Search, Display and Video to drive awareness, consideration and adoption of products, apps and services. This includes keyword research, competitor research, ad copy creation and budget setting.

In addition, you can expect to:

+ Assist in planning innovative SEM strategies

+ Manage SEM budgets to ensure that spend and performance is tracking against forecast

+ Report on results and identify opportunities to improve activity based on KPI’s

+ Collaborate with the Audience & Analytics team to identify and create advanced audience segments that will be used to improve efficiencies across SEM activity

+ Work with Analytics, Product Managers and Data Services to configure SEM tracking and tag implementation

+ Support relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Marketing Managers, Product Managers, and external media companies

+ Keep up to date with the latest SEM news and products

**What we’re looking for…**

+ Extensive experience in performance marketing

+ Advanced in using Google Ads and Google Ads Editor for implementation and optimisation of Search, Display and Video activity

+ Experience in using web analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics

+ Demonstrated ability to build and manage high performing SEM campaigns and optimise based on KPI’s

+ Experience in using advanced audience segmentation to improve account efficiencies

+ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

+ A genuine positive attitude, a growth mindset and a strong desire to get things done

+ A sense of humour and desire to have fun!

+ The ability to work productively in a fast paced and agile environment – #gsd (urban dictionary will help on this one!)
