+ Manage a sales territory to achieve sales goals.
+ Maintain and extend the existing AVT customer base in the label, flexible, packaging industry, and commercial printing customers.
+ Identify new business opportunities in digital printing and metal decorating markets.
Primary Roles & Responsibilities
+ Identify and further develop business relationships with the key influencers and decision-makers at the most senior levels of the customer organization.
+ Maintain the region’s business and create growth opportunities.
+ Thorough understanding of customer business objectives, business driver and critical success factors.
+ Build relationships with customer sites, production and technical management, and other key stakeholders to promote and sell AVT solutions.
+ Prepare and present detailed product and customized solutions presentations to meet the customer needs and expectations.
+ Provides and execute customer demonstrations of AVT systems in the region.
+ Attends regional, national, and international printing industry trade shows and conferences.
+ Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction.
+ Build the business and achieve the business objectives.
+ Be part of the European sales team and report to the Regional Director.
+ At least 10 years’ experience in selling capital equipment.
+ At least 8 years’ experience in operating self responsibly from a home office .
+ Previous experience in working with Salesforce – Great advantage

+ Confident and experienced to work with C level contacts.
+ Proven ability to build strong relationships with the account at all levels.
+ Solid written & verbal communication skills in English.
+ Excellent presentation skills.

+ Maintain an existing large account base and conquer new opportunities.
+ Self-drive working out of a home office to get the job done.
+ Result driven and with a proven track record / references to previous employers.
+ Familiar with Microsoft Office and relevant software tools.
+ Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
+ Sales experience in the flexible packaging, label printing or metal decorating environment are an advantage.
+ Place of residence preferably south of Northampton.
+ The position requires frequent trips in the region, Scandinavia, Finland, throughout the south of the ANZ.
