WHAT YOU WILL DO
At Teletrac Navman, we are looking for a motivated and proactive individual to join our Fulfilment Support team and be a key member of the wider Operations team. You will prepare and dispatch our products to clients and installers across Australia, ensuring they receive an outstanding service level.
To break it down, your responsibilities will include:
+ Provisioning new customers orders through SAP
+ Configuring and testing our units prior to dispatch
+ Maintaining and improving controls associated with internal stock transfers

What we see as critical to succeed in this position:
+ Ability to respond to changing demands and still meet daily targets
+ Intermediate computer skills – Microsoft applications suite & SAP or any order processing software
+ High attention to detail and accuracy
+ Team player, facilitating a supportive environment in order for the department to be successful and to meet its targets
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
+ Be able to lift boxed of 15kg when needed
+ Hardware testing experience would be a plus
