As the Project Manager, you will have broad experience managing multiple software implementation projects across a number of clients simultaneously. You will manage a number of Delivery Consultants and Subject Matter Experts to deliver our unique product offering against budget and schedule while ensuring client satisfaction.
+ Actively support project leadership on business engagements for multiple software implementation projects.
+ Collaborate across internal teams to mitigate dependencies and risks, define and document policies and establish best practices.
+ Manage the project creation and initiation process, including but not limited to, managing the sales handover, implementation kickoff preparation, obtaining relevant approvals and establishing and administering the project charter.
+ Plan, develop and deliver on a clearly defined project scope against a defined budget and schedule.
+ Resource planning for a team of cross-functional delivery consultants, subject matter experts, technical consultants and vendors.
+ Facilitate effective communications with internal and external stakeholders to define clear and concise expectations, and identify and remove barriers to success.
+ Create time and cost estimates for specified programs of work.
+ Track and maintain project budgets and provide progress updates to internal/external stakeholders as required.
+ Control and improve quality outcomes through the development, implementation and refinement of delivery processes to ensure projects are delivered within SLA’s.
+ Manage and refine department artifacts such as Statements of Work (SOW) and other items as identified per project requirements.
+ Manage the portfolio program to effective capture and plan for active and future projects in the sales pipeline.
+ Administer and manage the Project Management and Professional Services Automation systems to ensure the capture of relevant project and business artifacts.
+ Monitor and approve general administrative requests as needed.
**Experience & Qualifications:**
+ Minimum of 5 years’ project management experience, ideally in a software (SaaS preferred) environment.
+ Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously
+ Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently
+ Client-focused and service driven individual with attention to detail.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior C-Suite level stakeholders
+ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while still maintaining high quality standards
+ Strong analytical skills including the ability to provide concise visual representation of project status
+ PMP Certification (preferred)
+ Proficient in MS Project or other project management software
+ Knowledge of construction industry is considered advantageous
