As a Project Delivery Consultant, you will be responsible for the successful delivery and post-implementation support of the InEight suite of products to a wide range of industry stakeholders including owners, contractors and engineering/construction firms. You will work closely with key decision makers to evaluate client needs in order to define, develop and execute implementation plans, as well as troubleshoot final system set-ups and provide training and end-user support during the post-implementation process. You will be client-focused, have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate with clients of all levels, with a strong industry background in either Contract Management of Procurement.
**The role will be based in Sydney.**
+ Partner with a wide range of external customers to educate, implement and train end-users on the InEight suite of tools
+ Act as senior resource on major accounts and provide direction to junior resources to ensure client needs are addressed in a timely manner
+ Leverage industry expertise to implement InEight products and champion product adoption across all levels of external clients
+ Understand and evaluate customer processes and end-user roles in order to effectively define and develop implementation plans
+ Work with internal product and service teams to ensure the configuration and delivery of quality solutions and services in alignment with the overall portfolio strategy
+ Provide consulting support to clients including industry/process expertise, software implementation assistance, data configuration, work process review and redesign, report design, and systems integration requirements specifications
+ Assist with InEight product testing and defect resolution prior to product release
+ Produce, maintain and deliver end-user training, communications and ongoing support throughout the implementation process
+ Support sales efforts with demonstrations and scope analysis as required
+ Operate as member of the InEight team for complex implementations and represent InEight with distinction across existing and prospective clients
+ 5+ years of experience in the Construction/Engineering industry, preferably in a Contracts Manager, Procurement or Commercial Administrator role
+ 2+ years of experience in an implementation and/or consulting experience role preferable
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
+ Proven ability to present to customers and prospects across a wide range of professionals including C-Suite executives, project managers and front-line staff
+ Experience facilitating training in both face-to-face sessions and online settings
+ Excellent oral and written communications skills with the ability to communicate well within teams and a proven ability to synthesize and present both complex technical and non-technical concepts across varied audiences
+ Technology-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies
+ Experience with standard Microsoft Office products
+ Experience in Primavera P6 & ERP’s preferred
