WHAT YOU WILL DO
a key member of the wider ANZ Professional Services team your
contribution to the overall customer experience will be instrumental. Based in Melbourne,
will be the technical leader in the implementation of projects for large
accounts across Australia & New Zealand, being an integral part of the
business while enhancing value added services.

+ End to end project implementation, being ultimately responsible
for the successful deployment of large fleets
+ Understanding customer needs and ensuring customer requirements
+ Working closely with internal stakeholders to support growth in
the enterprise sector

What will help you succeed in this role;
+ 5+ years customer / technical support experience, working directly with customers
+ 2 + years Project management experience
+ Creative problem-solving approach
+ Business acumen to understand industry trends and how to best add value to customers
+ Attention to detail and being process-driven
+ Organisational & time management skills to ensure deadlines are met
+ Ability to travel – 15% involved
What would be highly desirable:
+ PM qualification (PRINCE2 / PMP Practitioner certification)
+ Bachelor’s degree in Technology or prior experience working in the IT industry
