Pega is expanding its best in class services organization and we are looking to appoint a motivated and a high energy services sales professional into our ANZ business. This role is designed to help Pega grow its professional services business by providing high quality solutions to our clients in **banking, financial services and insurance verticals** . You will be working with our top enterprise customers to enable them to execute best practice delivery on their implementations and integrations.

**What You’ll Do at Pega:**

+ Lead the sales of new Pega application implementation services to clients

+ Develop and maintain deep client relationships across verticals.

+ Execute and grow consulting billings across top enterprise customers.

+ Achieve annual quota license by supporting software sales across our client base

+ Advocate during the sales process for best practice delivery approach on all Pega projects.

+ Provide continuous feedback to the product management and engineering teams in order to improve the Pega solution set.

+ You have proven experience in professional services business development.

+ You’re a high-performer, who embraces challenges and constantly looks for ways to meet your targets

+ You are a natural, fast-paced learner able to turn out solutions of your own initiative.

+ You are comfortable positioning yourself as an educator, equipped to offer large accounts practical solutions to relevant industry problems.

+ You can speak with confidence and clarity, hold gravitas in conversations with C-suite Executives.

+ You are good at persuading and influencing, using appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance of thoughts, plans, activities, services and products.

+ You collaborate well with delivery teams, as well as stakeholders of the clients.
