**What we’re doing…**

This Product Manager position will be a part of the property data team within Data Services, a Tribe within Group Tech & Data lead by our Chief Technology & Data Officer, Tom Varsavsky.

In this newly created role, your focus will be on all thing’s property data; supporting consumer experiences bringing our unique and comprehensive property data to life, helping support revenue growth through these data assets and using this data for insights and reporting.

Day to day, you can expect to:

+ Support the articulation of the property data portfolio strategy

+ Maintain a roadmap which balances current operational constraints, targeted delivery of value and long-term strategic goals.

+ Effectively articulate the product architecture and value proposition to internal customers and stakeholders

+ Drive the adoption and usage of new and existing property data APIs/products across our business, our customers and new target audiences

+ Lead the team in development of new products and features end to end including discovery, opportunity assessment, ideation, development, delivery, launch, and support.

+ Build close partnerships with our key internal stakeholder groups, understand their businesses, their customers’ needs, their environmental constraints, their tactical and strategic objectives.

+ Closely track and provide deep insights into drivers of product performance using a wide variety of underlying data and key metrics.

**What we’re looking for…**

+ The ability to adapt and thrive in an evolving environment

+ Some experience in property data and data commercialization

+ A platform mindset is critical

+ Experience with data products and/or APIs

+ Demonstrated ability to keep a roadmap in order

+ Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex business needs and translate into product requirements for technical solutions

+ SQL skills

+ Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

+ Experience having led a cross-functional team of people from different disciplines.

+ An interest in data science and AI/ML techniques
