Minimum qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

+ 6 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting or media.

+ Experience implementing Google Ads scripts and/or Google Ads API (Application Program Interface) integrations.

+ Experience managing Google Ads campaigns at scale.

Preferred qualifications:

+ Experience delivering scaled education sessions.

+ Experience within a client-facing role with a track record of achieving goals and targets.

+ Experience influencing cross-functional/cross-regional stakeholders to deliver revenue targets and project timelines.

+ Understanding of Google Ads Products.

As a Product Adoption Specialist in the team, you will lead efforts to drive product and feature adoption across our portfolio. In this role you will work closely with your colleagues within the Channel Sales team and Google’s Partner teams, to build and execute plans to grow partner capabilities. As the Product Adoption Specialist, you will set up and launch advertiser accounts and campaigns, as well as optimize product adoption and campaign performance at scale through technical solutions such as in-product functionality, scripts, Application Program Interfaces (APIs) and third party platforms.

+ Lead efforts across the Channel Sales portfolio on Google Product Adoption at scale, including the use of Google Ads scripts.

+ Ensure partners are following best practices in managing their customers Google Ads accounts and campaigns.

+ Consult and influence partners to focus on upsell, cross-sell and retention strategies, as well as new product launches and participation in betas.

+ Be a Google Ads product expert with the ability to educate partners at scale and advise on bespoke Google ads platform integration projects.

+ Provide expert Google product knowledge at solutioning and build stage of new partner products.
