**Principal Consultant – Oracle Health Insurance(OHI)**
Oracle Health Insurance (OHI) is Oracle’s leading edge product to automate the core administration of health insurance companies. OHI is used by our customers in multiple countries worldwide including the Netherlands, United States, South America and Africa.
The OHI senior consultant has a primary responsibility of leading or participating as part of a global team in implementing the Oracle Health Insurance (OHI) applications for our customers in the Australian market.
The consultant’s primary focus is to lead the solution design through analysis of customer requirements, functional design and implementation of OHI functionality and technical implementation aspects of a customer engagement. This is completed ensuring high quality solutions are delivered within the constraints of time and budget.
Business analysis and solution design skills will ensure our OHI product solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and through sound business acumen.
Prior OHI or PHI experience (functional and technical) is an advantage. The ability to travel is a requirement, to be with our customers onsite during the implementation project is essential and can be aligned / agreed upon for the duration of the project period. Our projects can be anywhere worldwide, this requisition is in first instance for our extending market in Australia.
**Professional skill** **requirements:**
+ Min. 5 years of work experience, preferably in the Australian Health Insurance or Financial Services domain, in a business analysis, consulting or business support role capacity.

+ Experience and comfort working in challenging project environments
+ Functional / Technical skill requirements:
+ Experience and familiarity with Installation, configuration and operation of enterprise grade business systems
+ Familiar with SQL, REST, SOA concepts
+ Technical / logical affinity to be able to use tools for implementing business logic
+ Knowledge of PHI applications, including policy, claims, accounts payable, accounts receivable

5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
