General/Business Unit Manager (CEO & General Management) About Us: Established in 2005 to represent the native title interests for the Ngarluma people, Ngarluma Aboriginal Corporation (NAC) is one of the largest Aboriginal organisations in the Pilbara region of WA. NAC is the signatory of multiple Land Use Agreements with Rio Tinto and Woodside which provide important benefits to the Ngarluma members. NAC strives to promote cultural heritage, sustainability, economic development, enterprises development, and foster social empowerment for the benefit of the Ngarluma Traditional Owners. The role: Reporting to the CEO, the Operations Manager will oversee the member services departments and support the development of new departments and projects for the benefit of NAC members. Key Responsibilities:Manage the operations of delegated departments, budgets and staff. Oversee NACs facilities and commercial contracts.Maintain quality standards and accreditation. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to support business operations.Support the development of new programs and services for the benefit of Ngarluma members. Participate in continuous process improvement and innovation within existing business operations.Collaborate with the Executive leadership team to grow Ngarluma Aboriginal Corporation.Qualifications and Requirements:Minimum Bachelor's degree in commerce, or a related business field. Minimum 3 years' experience in a Senior Management role with P&L management responsibilities. Experience in the development of commercial capacities, writing tender submissions, grant acquittals, managing commercial contracts, facilities management.Police Clerance and bankruptcy check.
