**What are we looking for?**
+ Degree or other tertiary qualification essential;
+ Previous Customer/Account Management experience;
+ eCommerce/digital marketing experience essential;
+ Financial Acumen;
+ Ability to demonstrate both negotiation skills and evidence of turning insights into action.
**What would be your key responsibilities?**
+ Ownership of the relationship with Customer Digital/eComm teams;
+ Drive Mars growth ahead of Category in online retail;
+ Execution of global best practice eComm Sales Strategies and ‘On-Screen’ Fundamentals;
+ Develop and execute Joint Business Plans, including sales growth targets, marketing plans, category plans, execution on screen etc;
+ Negotiation of Promo Plans, and Co-op investment for the online element of Customers businesses.
